  • Computer Compatibility: Each purchase is valid for use on a single computer only. If you wish to use it on another computer, you will need to purchase the product again.
  • No Changes Allowed: The account information can never be changed.
  • Compatibility: This product is not compatible with platforms like PlayKey or GeForce NOW; it can only be used on your personal computer.
  • Software Requirements: You do not need to download any third-party software. An account containing the game you choose will be provided to you.
  • Updates and Progress: You can download and play the latest version of the game from Steam or similar platforms, and you can apply updates as they become available. Your game progress is saved on your computer, making it unique to you and ensuring it is never deleted, mixed up, or lost.
  • Heyplays Warranty: You are covered by a Heyplays warranty for 6 months.

I made the payment, now what?
