Feel confident each time you transact at Heyplays. Heyplays Protect ensures that Heyplays will complete your order as described.
1. Heyplays Protect will cover a buyer’s purchase when:
– Buyer did not receive their order in 24 hours.
– Item received by the buyer does not match product description.
2. Heyplays Protect does not cover the following:
– Buyer received the product without any problems.
– Buyer’s remorse. (For example: After the order is delivered, the buyer says he doesn’t want them anymore for personal reasons.)
– Buying the wrong product due to personal reasons. (For example, the product has a clear product description pointing to the applicable type, but the buyer did not read the instructions carefully and found that it could not be used after delivery.)
– Any amendment or punishment by after the delivery successfully conducted.
– The buyer does not comply with the rules and any related further issues.
3. Heyplays Protect does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions and permanently suspend a buyer’s account for filing fraudulent claims.
4. If no requests, issues, or complaints are submitted before the delivery of purchased goods and/or services on Heyplays, it will be considered that you have accepted the items or services as delivered. For automatic deliveries, this process applies until the product is received via the Discord bot.
Due to the nature of digital products and game services, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued for these purchases.
5. Heyplays does not cover payment disputes or bank chargebacks and related responsibilities. If this happens, Heyplays must stop the platform-part investigation and wait for the payment partner/bank to make a decision. The Heyplays after-sales team may for the sake of assistance (but is not obliged to) ask the user to provide complaint materials for defense. During the waiting period for the dispute/chargeback result, no request including refund will be accepted.
