What is Heyplays Warranty, what does it cover, what doesn’t it cover, and how long is it?

Heyplays offers a warranty for certain products to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability. In short, if you follow all instructions, you will have a warranty for the period specified in the product description.

  • What it covers:
    • Shared/offline accounts: Issues such as account inaccessibility or login problems caused by us.
    • Delivery: Products that are not delivered within 24 hours will be rectified or replaced.
    • Social Media/Software products: Issues such as account inaccessibility or login problems caused by us.
  • What it doesn’t cover:
    • Misuse: If the product is modified, shared, unauthorized selling or misused by the buyer, the warranty will not apply.
    • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or warranties for accidental purchases or reasons not related to the product’s functionality.
  • Warranty period:
    • For most shared/offline game accounts, the warranty is 6 months.
    • For 0-hour game accounts, there is no warranty as these accounts are thoroughly checked before being delivered.
    • For Social Media/Software products, the warranty period is as stated in the product description.

If you encounter an issue, our support team is available to assist, and if necessary, we will provide a replacement account.
