Heyplays offers a warranty for certain products to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability. In short, if you follow all instructions, you will have at least 6 months of access to the account in most accounts.
- What it covers:
- Shared/offline accounts: Issues such as account inaccessibility or login problems caused by us.
- Delivery: Products that are not delivered within 24 hours will be rectified or replaced.
- What it doesn’t cover:
- Misuse: If the product is modified, shared, unauthorized selling or misused by the buyer, the warranty will not apply.
- Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or warranties for accidental purchases or reasons not related to the product’s functionality.
- Warranty period:
- For most shared/offline accounts, the warranty is 6 months.
- For 0-hour accounts, there is no warranty as these accounts are thoroughly checked before being delivered.
If you encounter an issue, our support team is available to assist, and if necessary, we will provide a replacement account.
