How do I track my purchase?

You will receive the order number after you have made the payment succesfully. You can check order status by click “My Account” in “Orders”.

Click on “View” will bring you to the order details page.

ProcessingPayment has been made.
Your order is in the process of delivering.
(At this stage, some orders may be automatically refunded by the payment infrastructure.)
On HoldPayment has not been made.
Payment has been declined or unsuccessful.
Pending for payment clearance by the bank or payment processor.
CompletedYour order has been successfully delivered:
Automatic Delivery: You must retrieve your purchase through the Discord bot.
Non-Automatic Delivery: Products that are not automatically delivered have been sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
CancelledOrder has been cancelled. There will be no refund on the order.
FailedYour card or you may not have been approved by our system.
You might have been blocked from placing orders.
Your bank may not have sufficient funds for the transaction.
Your bank may have blocked the transaction.
Note: If the payment was deducted from your bank, it will be automatically refunded by our payment provider in 24 hours.
RefundedYour order has been refunded.
Your money will be refunded to the account/card you placed the order with within 1-14 days.
